You’ll learn how to calm your system in real time with a simple 2-minute reset you can use before, during, and after your day. From there, we layer in supportive rhythms for sleep, movement, and nourishment that fit into your life and work schedule.
With a weekly reset and check-in, you’ll begin to protect your energy, hold stronger boundaries, and create consistency—without pushing yourself harder.
Inside the 12-week experience, you’ll receive:
  • Biweekly 1:1 coaching sessions for personalized guidance and deeper integration
  • Weekly 1-hour office hours for ongoing support, coaching, and refinement
  • A functional wellness framework centered on boundaries, sleep, nourishment, and movement
  • Practical, real-life tools designed to support you during work—not just outside of it
  • Continued support options beyond 12 weeks to help you stabilize and expand your progress
