I've Been Where You Are

As an ACE-certified wellness coach with eight years of psychiatric nursing in high-acuity crisis care, I've worked alongside some of the most underserved and vulnerable populations in healthcare — and I know firsthand what that kind of work does to the person doing it. After years of showing up for everyone else, I went through severe burnout and became seriously ill. I was eventually diagnosed with long Covid and chronic fatigue. 

Through functional wellness and a complete rethinking of how I was living inside my work, I found my way back.I built the Stress Recovery Method from what actually helped me — not theory. Not more routines. Real, practical ways to recover while still doing the job you worked so hard for. I'm not here to tell you to quit. I'm here to help you stay — and actually feel like yourself again while you do.
