How The Program Works

16 Weeks. 8 Modules. Real, Ongoing Support.

Biweekly 1:1 Coaching Calls (60 minutes)

Deep, focused sessions every other week where we work through your specific patterns, blocks, and goals, not generic advice, your reality.

Weekly Integration Calls (60 minutes)

Every week, including the weeks without a 1:1, you get a live integration hour to ask questions, process what's coming up, and get support in real time. You're never left to figure it out alone for two weeks at a stretch.

8 Focused Modules Over 16 Weeks

A clear, structured path, not a random collection of tips. Each module builds on the last, moving you from surviving to steady.

In-Between Support via Messenger

Stress doesn't wait for your next scheduled call. When something comes up midweek, you can reach out and get real support, not radio silence until your next session.
